Jewellery by Priya

This week I went down to London to carry out a one day jewellery workshop for the Textile department at West Hatch High School in Chigwell. I worked with a group of Year 9 students on an organised activity to help them practise skills including, team-building, organisation and problem solving. The students were shown examples of textile jewellery, and then designed their own pieces. The pieces had to be made from materials in the department.
